I first
started making animations in about 2004. Armed only with a Logitech webcam and Microsoft
Movie Maker I made short stop-go animations using Lego and stuff, usually based around a piece of music. These included a short
remake of ‘High Noon’ (with a twin Uzi totting, sunglssed hero), an existential
piece inspired by a Camus essay, to the tune of Edith Piaf’s ‘Je ne regretted rien’,
and the now notorious ‘Cym Fishing’ satires. During this time Alptraume Pictures was born, and the
associated Alptraume Production Facility
(APF).
